Please note that our consulting fees are non-refundable, even if your trip encounters any unexpected changes or does not meet your expectations.

Booking Assistance

Virtuoso Hotel Booking only $0

(click on my personal Virtuoso link to book on your own and receive the Virtuoso perks)

  • we will track the reservation and assist with communication with management at the hotel if needed (advocate for you)

River or Ocean Cruise Booking only $75 per person (additional fees might apply depending on the scope of services)

  • we will book the cruise and assist with communication with the cruise line customer service questions + advocate for you if needed

  • additional on board credit provided (amount depends on the cruise line + itinerary)

Escorted Small Group Tours $150

(you know the destination, have a sensitive budget, and don’t mind traveling with a small group to stay within budget and do it all, including a few meals) - small group of 20 to 40 guests

  • we can assist with finding the best escorted tour company to fit your travel style and budget

  • we will assist with booking this tour for you

  • will provide 2 to 3 escorted tour options to review with pricing

  • multiple families + groups the price will be a multiple of the above mentioned $150+

  • this option is for the traveler that needs assistance finding + booking the escorted tour but will then be able to manage on their own once the booking has been made.

  • additional services are available at $50 per hour

Silver Services $500

For the traveler that needs a little guidance.

  • 2 hours of research (such as; hotel recommendations + booking, ocean & river cruise line recommendation + booking and/or air research with one air option)

  • after the initial call I will use the 2 hours to package together three hotels and/or cruise lines for review + air/train/tours links

  • booking assistance provided on hotels and cruise lines

  • provide links for trains and look over air schedule/times

  • provide links for small group tours if needed

  • flexibility to piece the itinerary together with airbnb and vrbo + book your own tours

  • this package does not include in destination emergency and concierge services

  • $100 per additional hour of research and assistance

  • families of 5 or more, multiple families & couples, or groups the price will be a multiple of the above mentioned

  • all fees are non-refundable

  • custom proposal based on individual needs

Gold Services $650 +

Custom Itinerary

For the traveler that wants the full experience of luxury travel with 5 star accommodations.

Such as: transfers, luxe accommodations, and private tours & excursions) + air research that includes one flight option:

  • we only use properties and travel partners within our portfolio, which includes all brand name hotel and resorts within the 4 and 5* luxury community plus many boutique and privately owned properties around the globe

  • we do not incorporate airbnb, vrbo, and properties/hotels booked outside of our services, this is a full itinerary package

  • all accommodations of the itinerary are within our portfolio of preferred partners

  • initial itinerary

  • two adjustments after the initial itinerary

  • $100 fee per itinerary change or additional request outside of the initial itinerary proposal

  • price breakdown not provided / complete itinerary package price only

  • deposit made within 30 days of the 2nd adjustment to the itinerary without incurring additional service fees

  • Additional service fee start at $300

  • itinerary app + emergency assistance and concierge services during travel

  • families of 5 or more, multiple families & couples, or groups the price will be a multiple of the above mentioned

  • all fees are non-refundable

  • custom proposal based on individual needs

  • Example:

    Step 1:

  • Initial itinerary has been given for review. We will provide two hotels/villas to review plus all tours and transfers to give a complete overview of what’s available.

    Step 2:

  • Thoughts and questions are given by the client and an adjustment to the itinerary is made based on those comments.

    Step 3:

  • Two adjustments to the itinerary

    Step 4:

  • $100 per additional request or itinerary change

  • 30 days after the 2nd adjusted proposal to make the deposit without incurring an additional $300 fee to restart the itinerary process
